Welcome to Wolfers Lighting, Inc. on-line. If you wish to purchase from our on-line catalog, you agree to accept these
conditions. Please read them carefully. Wolfers Lighting, Inc. reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time
without prior notice to you.

Sales Tax:
Massachusetts residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax. Customers residing in all other states will not be charged sales tax.

Warranties:
All products sold by Wolfers Lighting, Inc. are covered by the manufacturer�s warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and find it
to be defective, please contact Customer Support at 781-890-5995 for assistance in processing your claim. We will not be liable for installation fees
of any kind.

Defective Products:
If within (14) days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact us
immediately. DO NOT SHIP the product back without contacting us first for a Returned Goods Authorization # (RGA) and
return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship back
to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product.

Delivery:
Orders take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally, factory production
schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Please

if your order has not been received in the time expected. We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder
information we receive.

Shipping Handling:
We only ship to the 48 US contiguous states. We pay the shipping on all orders over $100.00
that can be shipped standard UPS or FEDEX ground. "Over size" and common carrier truck shipments may incur an
additional shipping charge. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to the shipment of your order.
Shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address, zip code, or the refusal of an item will be charged back to the
customer. We cannot ship to PO Box locations.

Shipping Damage:
If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please make sure when signing the shipper's
proof-of delivery slip that you include a note stating the package appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged
shipment, please inform us and the carrier (UPS, FEDEX, etc.,) immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it
was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier yourself.

Returns:
HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a Return Goods
Authorization number (RGA #) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed)
and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer's packaging intact. In order to keep our prices at their lowest,
a 25% restocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be
refunded, if applicable. Orders returned after 14 days without an RGA # will not be accepted.

Privacy Policy:
Wolfers Lighting, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. Information you provide us will not
be sold or given to any outside party. We do share your address and phone number with the manufacturer responsible for
shipping your order, but it is only used for the processing and shipment of the order. Wolfers Lighting, Inc. will
only use your phone number to contact you in case of a problem with the fulfillment or delivery of your order. If you
